5-star luxury property in Dubai

This role is ideal for a fun-loving and engaging individual who enjoys working closely with children while delivering a safe, interactive, and memorable experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in
- recreational, educational, and interactive activities
- Ensure a
- safe, secure, and welcoming environment
- at all times
- Plan and organize
- creative games, events, and entertainment programs with the support of management team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club facilities
- Monitor children’s behavior and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
- Provide excellent
- guest interaction with both children and parents
- Assist in daily operations and support special events or themed activities
- Report any incidents or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in a
- similar role within hospitality, childcare, or recreational environments
- is preferred
- Passionate about working with children with a
- friendly and outgoing personality
- Energetic, creative, and
- fun-loving approach to guest engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a
- team-oriented, multicultural environment
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays

Work Schedule
