Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
• Promote the company's photography, videography, livestreaming, and creative production services to corporate and individual clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on inquiries to secure new projects.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and production assignments to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and outstanding client satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular business development reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
• Experience in the media, creative, advertising, marketing, or production industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus. Work Requirements
• Willing to work flexible hours, including day and night assignments, based on project and client requirements.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays whenever required.
