We are looking for an experienced

Hr Project Lead

to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi on a fixed-term contract.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong project management experience who enjoys driving strategic people initiatives, organizational improvement, and workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic HR projects from planning through execution and completion.
  • Coordinate workforce feedback initiatives and analyze insights to support organizational improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement people-focused action plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project governance activities.
  • Track project milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational culture, employee wellbeing, recognition, and change management.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, HR Projects, People & Culture, or related functions.
  • Proven experience managing complex HR or organizational projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with workforce analytics, survey platforms, or HR technology is an advantage.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or another project management certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
