Overview
We are seeking an experienced Keyloop Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) projects across the organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and department heads to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Keyloop DMS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Keyloop consultants, and external vendors.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage system integrations with third party applications and platforms.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go live activities are completed successfully.
- Support process improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Facilitate end user training and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project governance standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
- Hands on experience withKeyloop DMS implementation, upgrades, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, parts, finance, and customer service processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross functional team coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within automotive dealership groups.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business system integrations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data migration and digital transformation projects.
- Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
