Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationship management activities across all brands under Marwan Al Shaali Group.
The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, lead management, and overall customer satisfaction through effective CRM systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system across multiple automotive brands
- Ensure accurate entry, updating, and segmentation of customer data
- Track and manage leads from all sales channels including showroom, digital, and campaigns
- Follow up with sales teams to ensure timely lead conversion and updates in CRM
- Design and execute customer communication campaigns such as service reminders, promotions, and follow ups
- Monitor customer journey from inquiry to after sales service to improve retention
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management review
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead quality improvement
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalation coordination when required
- Support loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives across all brands
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 to 4 years experience in CRM, customer service, or automotive industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Auto specific CRM experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple brands and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
