About This Role

Job Purpose:

To drive vehicle sales across both fleet (B2B) and retail (B2C) segments by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for fleet and retail segments
  • Identify and develop new corporate (fleet) accounts including government, leasing, and private sector clients
  • Manage showroom walk-in customers and convert leads into sales
  • Conduct outdoor sales activities, client visits, and product presentations
  • Prepare and submit competitive fleet proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
  • Coordinate with leasing companies and fleet operators to maximize volume sales
  • Guide customers through the full sales cycle including product selection, test drives, financing, and closing
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and service packages
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and post-sale customer engagement
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when required
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in the UAE automotive sector
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of automotive sales experience in the UAE
  • Proven experience in fleet sales and corporate account management preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
