Job Description

Marwan Al Shaali Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer databases, and support sales and aftersales teams in enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM systems, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM database ensuring all customer information is accurate and updated regularly
• Record and track customer interactions, inquiries, leads, and service history in the CRM system
• Coordinate with sales and aftersales teams to ensure timely follow up with customers
• Monitor lead management processes and ensure leads are assigned and followed up within defined timelines
• Prepare periodic CRM reports including customer engagement, lead conversion, and customer retention metrics
• Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection to improve service quality
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
• Support marketing campaigns by updating customer databases and assisting with targeted customer communications
• Track customer lifecycle including new customers, repeat customers, and inactive customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer data confidentiality and usage
• Assist management with CRM analytics to identify customer trends and opportunities for business growth
• Maintain strong communication with customers to build long term relationships and brand loyalty

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or customer relationship management preferably in automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automotive dealership operations
• Knowledge of customer retention strategies
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
