Overview
We are seeking to hire a accomplished Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most important omni-channel customers based in the GCC ( Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and the UAE).
The ideal candidate is expected to be energetic, motivated, and articulate team player who is passionate about major account management.
Experience
in managing consumer technology products, IT Hardware and Gaming Peripherals is preferable.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a long-term trusting relationship with key major customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Serve as the point of contact for key customers and internal teams for the accounts assigned.
- Must have a solid team orientation with the ability to engage, focus and influence others toward achieving specified goals within committed timeframe
- Be commercially minded, to drive sales revenue opportunities across retail, e-commerce and dealer channels and meet sales targets.
- Along with the leadership team set specific quarterly or annual sales goals. Plan and execute monthly and weekly sales goals in detail at store and item level.
- Responsible for key performance metrics for the accounts in terms of listing management, sell-out, sell-in, inventory, retail planogram maintenance, product life cycle and payments.
- Assist is launching new brands, new products and draw up sales plans.
- Initiate, plan, and execute account level promotions, marketing initiatives and visual merchandising set-ups.
- Lead and oversee sales promoters, merchandiser activities and product training requirements.
- Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to product management team.
- Work hand in hand with supply chain and operations for forecast planning, in stock positions, new product roll outs, and fulfillment excellence overall.
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
Qualifications

- Previous working experience in sales as Key Account Manager or Major Accounts Manager for 3 year(s) in consumer technology or IT / Gaming industry.
- Experience in sales and customer services will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
