About This Role
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Utility scale customers active in the region.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs
- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders.
- Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics.
- Good understanding of the local PV market
- A minimum of 3-5 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (Electrical applications, energy, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
- Have a good sense of teamwork
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
- High reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
- Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong self-driving force.

- Proficiency in English & Arabic/Spanish/Hindi
