About This Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Utility scale customers active in the region.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs
  • Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
  • Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers

Qualification Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics.
  • Good understanding of the local PV market
  • A minimum of 3-5 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (Electrical applications, energy, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
  • Have a good sense of teamwork
  • Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
  • High reliability and ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
  • Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
  • Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong self-driving force.
