The Key Account Manager will manage strategic client relationships in the industrial production sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop key-account relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Analyze market trends and customer data, identify growth opportunities and create strategic account plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor account performance and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Report account status, growth opportunities and competitive information to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements and conduct regular client business reviews.
- Track industry and competitor developments and lead internal key-account training sessions.
Experience and qualifications
- At least five years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or the industrial sector.
- Experience selling PVC, UPVC or CPVC drainage pipes and related products.
- Experience managing accounts across contractors, construction companies, consultants, distributors and infrastructure project clients.
- Understanding of pipe specifications, project requirements and sales cycles for construction and drainage projects.
- Experience coordinating with production, technical and supply chain teams to meet customer needs and project deadlines.
Skills
- Client relationship building, communication, market analysis and negotiation.
- Account management, project management and CRM tools for account tracking.
- Ability to collaborate with teams while maintaining individual performance.
