  • Traditional automotive flows now sit alongside EV components, battery logistics, new distribution models, and highly fragmented supplier bases.

  • We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who understands this complexity and can build scalable, compliant, and future-ready logistics solutions for multinational Auto-Mobility customers.

  • In this Key Account Manager – Auto-Mobility position
  • Growing and protecting a portfolio of global and multinational Auto-Mobility accounts
  • Translating regional sector strategy into a clear country-level commercial roadmap with measurable outcomes
  • Building and executing account development plans focused on share-of-wallet growth and long-term partnerships
  • Leading complex RFQs/RFPs with strong win strategies and differentiated value propositions
  • Acting as the commercial bridge between customers, operations, product teams, and regional/global stakeholders
  • Driving BRMs and QBRs to review performance, manage risks, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring smooth customer onboarding and handover to operations with clear SLAs and SOPs
  • Maintaining strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
  • What matters in Auto-Mobility supply chains:
  • Strong understanding of automotive and EV supply chains, including traditional OEM flows and emerging EV ecosystems
  • Experience with battery logistics, including handling, safety, compliance, and transport of lithium-ion batteries
  • Knowledge of EV logistics, inbound components, finished vehicle parts, and aftermarket distribution
  • Familiarity with different distribution models, including OEM, importer, dealer, and direct-to-consumer setups
  • Experience with supplier consolidation, multi-tier sourcing, and inbound control towers
  • Strong appreciation of risk management, safety, and compliance across automotive and battery movements
  • Confidence engaging with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and senior leadership

  • More than 6 years’ experience in Key Account Management within Automotive, Auto-Mobility, EV, or Industrial environments
  • Proven ability to move relationships from transactional execution to strategic partnership
  • Strong consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand complex customer operating models
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, safety-critical, and transformation-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • German language skills are a strong advantage, given the customer and supplier landscape
