About This Role

Job Summary

A leading organization is seeking a highly driven Key Account Executive to manage and expand strategic B2B accounts within the UAE market.

The role requires a commercially focused professional with strong account management experience, capable of driving revenue growth, maximizing client retention, and identifying new business opportunities within existing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ow and manage a portfolio of high-value corporate (B2B) accounts across assigned sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level, procurement, etc.)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Resolve escalations efficiently while maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM systems
  • Proficient in MS-Excel for preparing quotations / reports and follow ups

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong exposure to corporate sales cycles and enterprise clients
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Preferred Profile

  • Strong understanding of UAE business landscape and corporate client behavior
  • Existing network of business contacts in the UAE is a strong advantage
