Kinetics Group is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support business development and technical sales.
The role offers early-career exposure to client management, project sales, technical solutions, and business development in construction and building solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities, upcoming projects, and potential clients in the assigned market.
- Build professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation with internal teams.
- Follow up on enquiries and opportunities through project award.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to develop solutions and obtain pricing.
- Present products and technical solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on sales activities, enquiries, and project opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related role; relevant internships or project exposure are encouraged for fresh graduates.
- Exposure to construction, MEP, building materials, acoustics, or related industries is advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to learn and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to conduct regular client and site visits.
- Self-motivated and organized, with interest in technical sales and business development.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role with work location specified as in person.
