Work location is in person and the role requires regular client and site visits.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities and upcoming projects in the assigned market.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and promote solutions.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow opportunities through to project award.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams on information, solutions, and pricing.
- Present products and technical solutions; maintain follow-ups and provide timely sales updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- The description lists 0–1 years of related experience and also specifies one year of UAE sales engineering experience as required.
- Construction, MEP, building materials, acoustics, or related-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain solutions clearly to clients.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to conduct regular client and site visits are required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage sales opportunities effectively.
