Role overview
Supports business development and technical sales through opportunity identification, client relationship building, quotations, and coordination on technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and upcoming projects in the assigned market.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and promote solutions.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, and follow opportunities through to project award.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams on information, solutions, and pricing.
- Present products and technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular follow-ups and timely sales and opportunity updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–1 years in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role; the experience field specifies one year of UAE sales engineering experience.
- UAE driving license required, with willingness to conduct regular client and site visits.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain solutions clearly.
- Communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, organization, and opportunity-management skills.
Preferred skills and experience
- Construction, MEP, building materials, or acoustics industry experience is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role with in-person work location.
