Asset Homez is hiring a Junior Recruiter for its HR team, focused on recruiting real estate professionals.

Recruitment duties
- Source and recruit property consultants, team leaders, and other real estate professionals.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews; source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Manage recruitment platform job postings and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, follow up with candidates, and build a pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Work toward monthly recruitment and joining targets and support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Requirements
- At least one year of UAE real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of the UAE real estate recruitment market and strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- AED 4,000 per month plus incentives.
Workplace
- Dubai, UAE; work location is in person.
