The employer is seeking experienced Senior Property Consultants to grow their real estate business and commission earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert property sales opportunities.
- Follow up with qualified leads and build strong client relationships.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through closing.
- Achieve individual sales targets and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
- Dubai property market experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to building a real estate career.

- Commission structure of up to 80%.
- In-house marketing leads from the start and no cold-calling system.
- Support from team leaders and the Head of Sales with client negotiations and closing.

Compensation
- Commission only, with no fixed basic salary; commission may reach 80%.
