The Junior Project Manager coordinates client projects and works with the Brand Development Director, chemist, designer, suppliers, and manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, and records with clear deadlines and next steps.
- Collect client requirements and prepare structured project briefs.
- Coordinate formula and packaging samples and design revisions.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams on outstanding tasks.
- Collect supplier quotations and prepare cost comparisons and quotation drafts.
- Track production progress, outstanding documents, and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare accurate client updates and follow up on agreed payment milestones.
- Identify delays or missing information early and escalate them with proposed solutions.

- Strong organization and attention to detail; clear written and spoken English.
- Confidence using Excel and AI; ability to manage several projects and follow up consistently.
- Comfort working with quantities, prices, specifications, and deadlines.
- Practical problem-solving approach and willingness to learn.
- Experience in cosmetics, packaging, manufacturing, or sourcing is an advantage.
