Role overview
The Financial Director leads financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and finance-team activities.
Key responsibilities
- Build operating budgets, long-range financial forecasts, and business growth plans.
- Oversee statutory accounts, multi-entity consolidations, and monthly performance dashboards.
- Manage internal and external audits while enforcing local financial and regulatory rules.
- Monitor daily liquidity, cash-flow forecasts, and working-capital needs.
- Direct and mentor local finance and accounting staff.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA.
- At least three years of progressive corporate finance and leadership experience.
- Mastery of financial modeling, ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, and IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Arabic is required.
Compensation
- Salary is to be discussed during the interview based on experience.
