Farhood Group seeks a commercially driven General Manager to oversee its perfume manufacturing facility and lead growth and performance of the perfume business.
Candidate requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience in the UAE perfume industry.
- Strong knowledge of perfume manufacturing and factory operations.
- Experience in business management, budgeting, sales, marketing, and brand development.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage costs, and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the entire perfume manufacturing facility and daily operations.
- Manage production, quality control, inventory, procurement, and workforce.
- Lead perfume brand management, product development, and new product launches.
- Oversee sales, marketing coordination, business development, and distribution.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, pricing, and overall profitability.
- Lead teams across departments and report business performance to senior management.
