- What the work actually looks like
- On one day, you might be updating a project tracker, checking whether a deadline is at risk, and following up with team members so next steps are clear.
- On another, you may be preparing notes from a meeting, organizing open items, confirming responsibilities, and making sure a client request has been properly translated into internal action.
- You may also help identify where a process is slowing things down, where ownership is unclear, or where a small gap in coordination could later create a larger delivery issue.
- You will not be expected to run complex programs from the start.
- You will be expected to pay attention, stay organized, communicate clearly, and help keep projects moving in a reliable way.

- Helping coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across active projects
- Keeping project records, notes, trackers, and status updates organized and current
- Following up on open items so work does not lose momentum
- Supporting internal communication between different contributors and functions
- Helping prepare meeting summaries, action points, and next-step tracking
- Noticing when something is unclear, delayed, or at risk of being missed
- Contributing to a more structured and dependable delivery process

Background
- Previous experience in project coordination, operations, administration, client service, team support, or similar work can be helpful, but we are also open to candidates earlier in their career who show strong organizational ability and professional judgment.
- You may have built those skills through work, internships, university projects, freelance support, or other practical experience.
