Euro Mechanical is looking for a Junior HSE Officer.

only.
The Junior HSE Officer will be responsible for delivering HSE inductions, preparing HSE presentation materials, compiling HSE performance reports and managing the master HSE observation tracking register on daily basis and follow up on closures.
Duties
also include environmental agency reporting, conducting HSE awareness sessions, carrying out regular site visits to customer locations for HSE inspections and welfare meetings and delivering HSE training programs.
Additionally, provides support to HSE Officers in the preparation and submission of HSE tenders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks/awareness sessions, and support HSE training programs.
- Support implementation of HSE Management Systems (procedures, SWIs, inspections, facility HSE plan).
- Maintain the master HSE observation register and other trackers (incidents, investigations, trainings, minutes, HSE calendar) with daily follow-up on closures.
- Prepare HSE presentations and compile monthly HSE performance reports.
- Coordinate legal/environmental authority reporting and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct site visits to client locations for HSE inspections and welfare meetings; support HSE tender preparation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional HSE experience in any industry.
- Basic understanding of HSE principles, safe work practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering HSE inductions, training sessions, and awareness programs.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint (preparing professional presentations).
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Physically fit for site work (climbing, walking, prolonged standing) and comfortable in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
