Accounting and reporting
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations across restaurant branches.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports covering revenue, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts, track performance against targets, and flag variances to senior management.
Cost control, payroll, and compliance
- Monitor food and beverage costs through variance analysis and supplier invoice review; coordinate with procurement and operations on cost efficiency.
- Oversee payroll processing in compliance with Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations.
- Ensure Zakat, VAT, and ZATCA compliance, including timely filings and documentation.
- Reconcile daily POS reports against cash, credit card, and digital collections across outlets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA membership is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience in food and beverage, restaurants, or hospitality; restaurant or hotel experience is required.
- Understand recipe costing, inventory management, and multi-branch reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP software; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and reporting standards, including IFRS as adopted in KSA.
Pay and benefits
- Starting pay is SAR 4,000 per month, plus shared room, transportation, and one duty meal.
