Position Overview

Cashiering & Transaction Management

• Receive and process customer payments via cash, bank transfer, cheque, POS, and online payment channels.
• Issue official receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Verify payment documentation before vehicle release.
• Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit reconciliations to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, and Finance teams regarding payment confirmations.

Accounting Support

• Record daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Process supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
• Assist in VAT documentation and audit preparation.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records and supporting documents.

Operational Support

• Monitor customer balances, deposits, and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with banks and finance companies regarding payment confirmations.
• Assist in tracking vehicle purchase payments and inventory-related transactions.
• Support internal financial controls and compliance procedures.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or cashiering experience in the UAE.
• Automotive dealership experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling high-volume daily transactions.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Experience with ERP or dealership management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
