We are seeking an analytical and systems-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to lead CRM governance, sales process optimization, lead management performance, and commercial reporting across the business.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for improving the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of the company's lead-to-sale process.
The successful candidate will oversee CRM performance, lead management operations, pipeline integrity, reporting accuracy, and revenue process optimization while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership.
The role will play a critical part in ensuring data-driven decision-making, operational accountability, and continuous improvement across the customer acquisition journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's Revenue Operations function, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
- Oversee CRM administration, governance, and optimization to maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales pipeline data.
- Manage and develop the Lead Concierge function, ensuring timely lead engagement, appointment management, and customer follow-up standards.
- Establish and maintain CRM workflows, automation rules, lead routing structures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor CRM compliance and data quality across all customer-facing teams, ensuring operational consistency and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify process improvements, conversion opportunities, and pipeline performance trends.
- Analyze lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition performance across all marketing channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead volume, conversion rates, appointment activity, sales attribution, and return on marketing investment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency throughout the lead-to-sale journey.
- Support Executive Leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance commercial performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Management, Sales Operations, Lead Management, or a similar commercial operations role.
- Experience within automotive, real estate, premium retail, financial services, or other high-volume customer acquisition environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales process management, lead lifecycle management, and performance reporting.
- Experience configuring workflows, automations, reporting dashboards, and operational controls within CRM environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and business performance analysis.
- Experience working with marketing attribution, lead tracking, and sales funnel optimization is advantageous.
