Park Lane Motors is looking for a high-performance, commercially driven Lead Catcher & Retention Hunter to own and convert inbound automotive leads across every channel.

🚗 Automotive Sales Environment
⏰ Shift-Based \| Full-Time \| On-Site
You’ll be responsible for:
✅ Managing inbound leads across Dubizzle, Dubicars, WhatsApp, calls, Google & web
✅ Driving aggressive follow-up and retention strategies
✅ Working inside a fully tracked, KPI-driven CRM ecosystem
✅ Turning marketing investment into measurable sales performance
✅ Owning conversion targets from Day One
