We are looking for a Junior Trainer to train and mentor cleaning staff, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Teach cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain training records.
- Act as a bridge between cleaning staff and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements**
- Graduate in hospitality or related field;
- Certifications in cleaning/training are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in 4-star or above hotels.
- Experience in holiday homes / home cleaning services preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of home deep cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Should be in UAE
- Flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi as this role is based in Abu Dhabi.
Additional Info**
- Travel to client locations may be required.
- Flexible work hours based on training schedules.
- Reports to the Training Manager.
- Should be comfortable to stay long term in Philippines for work purpose.
