This is a **full-time on-site role for a Nail Expert and Trainer** at Urban Company in Dubai.
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing guidance to nail technicians, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
Additionally, the Trainer will need to stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance the skills of the team.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
- Strong expertise in nail techniques, professional manicure, gel manicure, pedicure and paraffin treatments for male and female clients
- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to budding nail technicians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification or diploma in a related field
- Updated knowledge of industry trends and techniques
