Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Trainer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, evaluating the performance of trainees, and providing regular feedback to improve housekeeping service standards.
Responsibilities
also include creating training materials, conducting hands-on demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping operations and training
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop training materials and implement training strategies
- Knowledge of industry standards for cleaning, safety, and hygiene
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in hospitality management is advantageous
