Operations Supervisor

About This Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to our service professionals, driving performance, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-growing market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Pro Relationship Management team, owning a portfolio of service professionals in Dubai and ensuring consistent service quality and operational efficiency.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like

Pro Relationship Management Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of service professionals. Act as their primary point of contact, driving engagement, retention, and trust.

Query & Escalation Resolution Handle partner queries and escalations with speed and empathy, ensuring fair outcomes while upholding platform standards.

Operational Management Oversee daily operations within your category, ensuring smooth service delivery, optimal supply availability, and high customer satisfaction.

Hiring & Onboarding Support the recruitment and onboarding of new service professionals, ensuring alignment with quality benchmarks and local market needs.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement Track key metrics such as ratings, cancellations, response times, and utilization. Work closely with Pros to improve performance through coaching and structured interventions.

Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements to enhance partner experience, service quality, and marketplace efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with supply, training, customer experience, and product teams to solve systemic issues and enhance marketplace performance.

What You’ll Need to Thrive?

Strong Communication Skills Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across cultures with clear, professional communication.

Operations / Partner Management Experience 2+ years in prior experience in operations, vendor management, or customer success—preferably in a marketplace, gig economy, or service business.

Problem-solving Ability Comfortable handling ambiguity and resolving issues in real-time with a structured, solution-oriented approach.

Process Improvement Mindset Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and service quality.

Execution Excellence Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven Mindset Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to drive decisions and improvements.

Adaptability Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market like Dubai.
