Role overview
Design mechanical projects to international standards and local regulations with support from senior engineers.
Mechanical design experience areas include HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, and drainage.
Responsibilities
- Attend client and interdepartmental technical meetings for approvals.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and CAD technicians to deliver projects on schedule, within quality expectations, and cost-effectively.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with the project team.
- Document customer complaints and ensure effective closure.
- Follow applicable company procedures, quality objectives, and project information-security requirements.
- Report incidents to the OHS team and report information-security incidents.
- Understand applicable NDA requirements and maintain signed agreements and records where required.
- Support improvement and effectiveness of management systems.
Requirements
- Graduate engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Two years of mechanical design experience is required.
- Arabic is required.
- Valid UPDA accreditation is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha.
Pay
- QAR 2,301.43–5,000.00 per month.
Management-system awareness
Awareness of integrated management policies, including information security, sustainability, and energy management.
Awareness of significant environmental aspects and work-related occupational hazards.
