Project Manager – Instrumentation for consultancy projects in Doha, Qatar.
Lead instrumentation and control projects, ensuring technical quality, effective team performance, and compliance with client requirements and international standards.
Qualifications and experience
- BE/BTech in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Instrumentation.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 15 years in Qatar/GCC.
- Minimum 15 years of instrumentation design engineering experience in an engineering firm.
- Oil and gas brownfield and greenfield project experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD, INtools, and ETAP.
- Candidates currently based in Qatar with a valid QID are preferred.
Technical expertise
- P&IDs, instrument datasheets, layouts, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, and cable schedules.
- DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessment, and SIL verification.
- Functional safety standards IEC 61511 and IEC 61508.
- Ability to work independently, lead projects, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 20,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
