Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy and system-development work for client quality, environmental, safety and similar management systems.
- Conduct public and in-house training, plus internal, external and third-party audits as assigned.
- Meet activity targets and milestones; maintain daily time records and submit weekly project status reports.
- Monitor assistant and trainee consultants, report client dissatisfaction and share market and customer-demand feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality, service quality, teamwork and support for department profitability.
- Document complaints, support effective closure and raise nonconformance reports.
- Maintain project IMS and ISMS requirements, follow applicable NDA obligations, and report information security incidents.
- Maintain awareness of environmental aspects and workplace hazards; report OHS incidents.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduate or engineer.
- At least 4 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Qatar or the GCC.
- Experience developing management consultancy systems for at least two clients.
- Experience with quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, audits, and public or in-house training.
- Complete an IRCA-registered Lead Auditor course in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001; management-system development, leadership and sales training are also specified.
- Bachelor's degree and internal auditor or Lead Auditor ISO qualifications are preferred.
- Able to communicate, analyze data, prepare processes and reports, deliver training, plan and monitor work, and complete tasks on time.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 7,000–9,500 per month.
