Role overview
Carry out client consultancy and system-development activities for quality, environmental, safety and similar management systems.
Follow instructions from the Project Manager or Management Consultant and achieve assigned targets and milestones.
Project and client responsibilities
- Submit daily timekeeping and weekly project-status reports.
- Report client dissatisfaction and market changes, including customer demand and new methodologies.
- Document customer complaints and ensure actions are taken to close them effectively.
- Support service quality, team cooperation, department profitability, and implementation of departmental objectives.
Management systems and compliance
- Follow QDC policies, processes, and integrated management-system requirements, including information security controls on projects.
- Report non-compliances and incidents, take required actions, and report OHS incidents to the OHS team.
- Record and report information-security incidents and support management-system effectiveness and improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable NDA requirements.
- Maintain awareness of environmental aspects, workplace hazards, and management-system policies and requirements.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree required; the description also states graduate/engineer qualification.
- One year of GCC/Qatar experience.
- Experience working with systems, processes, quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems.
- Internal Auditor in an ISO standard or Lead Auditor qualification preferred.
Training and competencies
- Training in management systems and awareness of information-security requirements and controls.
- Customer service and relations experience; ability to develop and deliver presentations and training.
- Communication, planning, task completion, data analysis, process and procedure preparation, reporting, analytical, leadership, and management skills.
Pay
- QAR 3,000–4,500 per month.
