Oversee daily site operations and joinery installation works.
The role calls for technical joinery knowledge, team coordination, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for joinery installation.
- Lead site workers, installation teams, and subcontractors.
- Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Oversee custom-made and fitted joinery installation, including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, and counters.
- Inspect work for accuracy and workmanship; coordinate with project staff to maintain workflow and schedules.
- Monitor progress and report delays, technical issues, and material needs to management.
- Enforce site safety procedures and guide teams in resolving installation issues.
Requirements
- 2–3 years as a Site Supervisor in joinery or interior fit-out.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, custom-made joinery, and installation techniques.
- Able to read technical and joinery shop drawings.
- Leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety standards and procedures.
- Able to manage site teams and meet project schedules and quality requirements.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
