Oversee daily site operations and joinery installation works.
The role requires hands-on joinery project experience, team leadership, and a focus on workmanship quality, site safety, and timely completion.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery installation activities and coordinate site operations.
- Manage and guide site workers, installation teams, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Supervise installation of custom-made doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, counters, and other interior joinery works.
- Inspect installation accuracy, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with project engineers, managers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor site progress and report delays, technical issues, and material requirements to management.
- Resolve installation-related issues and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, site safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, custom-made joinery products, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and joinery shop drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality control standards.
- Ability to manage site teams effectively and meet project schedules.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
