Oversee daily site operations and joinery installation works.
The role calls for technical joinery knowledge, site team leadership, quality workmanship, safety, and delivery to project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery installation activities and coordinate site operations.
- Manage site workers, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Oversee installation of custom-made joinery, including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, counters, and other interior joinery works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with project engineers, managers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor site progress and report delays, technical issues, and material requirements to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, site safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Guide site teams and resolve installation-related issues to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, custom-made joinery, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and joinery shop drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to manage site teams and meet project schedules.
