Senior Manager – Interior Design role with a Dubai master developer, recruited through Talent Tide.
Oversee interior design for prestigious residential and mixed-use projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Maintain design vision while meeting launch schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design process, including design briefs, consultant appointments, procurement, and execution.
- Review consultant design packages against developer design guidelines and buyer commitments.
- Audit design deliverables for technical and commercial compliance and lead value engineering to meet budgets.
- Manage consultants, identify risks early, and update senior management on progress.
- Build relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and official authorities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 8–10 or more years of interior design management experience with a real estate developer or design consultancy.
- Broad knowledge of real estate development processes and interior construction details and specifications.
- Track record managing design teams across concept, development, and execution stages.
- Experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Good understanding of cost estimation and value engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- LEED AP or another internationally recognized interior design certification is an advantage.
