Role overview

Strategy and coordination

• Develop, review, and conclude agreements, policies, and operational procedures with partners and relevant authorities.
• Support the department’s operational plan, risk register, performance frameworks, and closure of internal audit recommendations.
• Analyze risks at project intersections and propose proactive solutions, including smart scheduling to prevent conflicts with utility projects.
• Advise senior leadership with reference models, value assessments, and recommendations on quality, efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
• Lead infrastructure project coordination with government entities, developers, and service providers, following the Utilities Distribution Manual and right-of-way standards.
• Review and approve coordination and implementation plans; check integration with road networks and monitor progress and schedules.
• Conduct field visits and meetings, document minutes, track recommendations, and resolve service issues with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate joint activities among internal departments, service agencies, and committees.

Process improvement and reporting

• Improve digital platforms and customer journeys for approvals and infrastructure project execution; monitor KPIs and analyze performance.
• Prepare technical reports, analytical studies, and performance updates for decision-making and budget approvals.
• Run workshops and training sessions to explain coordination procedures and implementation mechanisms.
• Ensure quality and excellence requirements are implemented and follow up on directives and recommendations through closure.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience with a master’s degree, or at least 2 years with a bachelor’s degree.

Working conditions

• Work across office and field environments, with frequent site visits, stakeholder meetings, and workshops.

Employment

• The position is full-time.
