Legal Researcher – Cases and Disputes in the RTA Legal Affairs Department.
Strategy and operations
- Provide legal opinions to organizational units on issues and disputes to guide compliant decisions.
- Contribute to reporting on serious errors or violations that may weaken the Authority’s legal position.
- Maintain historical case and grievance databases and research best practices.
- Follow up on cases and arbitrations to help secure solutions, agreements, and settlements that protect the Authority’s interests.
- Investigate administrative violations and submit reports to support compliance with Authority laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Coordinate compliant responses to correspondence from police, public prosecution, and courts.
- Prepare case and dispute memoranda and establish legal bases for resolving complaints and grievances.
- Support other legal tasks in line with manager direction and Authority procedures.
Improvement and information security
- Follow information security policies and procedures for internal and external data transfers, report incidents, and attend assigned security training.
- Research best practices for cases and grievances to improve standards in contracts and agreements.
- Contribute to improving legal documentation, templates, and knowledge artifacts.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Law or Legal Studies.
- Experience: 0–1+ years for bachelor’s degree holders; 5+ years for diploma holders.
Technical competencies
- Legal advisory and representation.
- Legal research and documentation.
- Litigation and case management.
- Arbitration and dispute resolution management.
- Investigations and inquiry procedures.
