Role overview
Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets for construction projects.
Support timely and efficient project completion through planning, progress tracking, team coordination, risk management, and reporting.
Planning and monitoring
- Develop schedules, set milestones, identify critical paths, and create baseline plans.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against plans and baselines.
- Prepare progress summaries, report weaknesses, and advise on corrective actions.
Resources, coordination, and risk
- Estimate labor and material requirements, manage budgets, and forecast cash flows.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients; facilitate meetings and document decisions.
- Identify roadblocks, assess risks, and develop recovery plans for delays.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Two years of UAE project execution experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
Technical and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction processes and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, analytical, and leadership abilities.
