Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 9 years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems.
  • {OR} Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of 8 years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems.

Preferred skills

  • Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs by translating business, security, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Experience and knowledge of enterprise security technologies such as encryption, key management, PKI, digital certificates, DLP, and data monitoring solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills; ability to build relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and promoting Agile and LEAN practices to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset, with a passion for exploring emerging technologies and advancing security knowledge and capabilities

Compensation

  • $166,000 - $184,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
