IT & Software Sales Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, networking, referrals, and online leads.
• Sell IT solutions, software, and business management systems.
• Promote and sell POS Software, Trading & Accounting Software, CRM, Garage Management Software, CCTV & Security Solutions, Networking & Wi-Fi Solutions, Access Control & Time Attendance, and IP Telephony and IT Infrastructure.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software or IT solutions.
• Conduct software demos, product presentations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate recurring business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated with software, IT products, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE IT or Software Sales.
• Experience selling POS, ERP, CRM, accounting, or business software is an advantage.
• Experience in selling IT solutions such as CCTV, networking, Wi-Fi, or access control is a plus.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and B2B and B2C sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in conducting software demonstrations and client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing UAE customer network will be preferred.

Compensation

• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month.
