CJob Title: IT Sales Executive / IT Solutions (UAE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive with a strong technical and commercial background to drive business growth across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling IT products and services such as software, hardware, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, paired with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.

*Business Development & Lead Generation*

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services across the UAE market.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and on-site client visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • *Client Relationship Management*
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients across various industries.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client business requirements and recommend the most suitable IT solutions.
  • Perform regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • *IT Solution Sales*
  • Promote and sell a full portfolio of IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and managed IT services.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise closely with technical, pre-sales, and solution architecture teams to design and propose customized solutions.

*Sales Strategy & Market Research*

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity within the UAE IT landscape.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Continuously build technical knowledge of evolving IT solutions, vendors, and certifications relevant to the UAE market.

*Proposal Preparation & Negotiation*

  • Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with pre-sales teams.
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and terms finalization with clients and vendors.
  • Handle objections professionally and drive deals to successful closure.

*Sales Reporting & CRM Management*

  • Maintain up-to-date customer data, opportunity stages, and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to management.
  • Track individual sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets.

*Post-Sales Support & Account Growth*

  • Coordinate with delivery, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to confirm service quality, address concerns, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Candidate Profile

  • Solid technical understanding of IT products: software solutions, networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior UAE/GCC market experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, technology solutions sales, or B2B technical sales (UAE/GCC experience an advantage).
  • IT vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Fortinet) are a plus.
