Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and client visits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
IT Solution Sales
- Promote and sell IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare customized solutions.
Sales Strategy & Market Research
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT industry developments.
Proposal Preparation & Negotiation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements with clients.
- Handle client objections and close sales effectively.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Post-Sales Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer support.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
