About This Role

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

IT Solution Sales

  • Promote and sell IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare customized solutions.

Sales Strategy & Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT industry developments.

Proposal Preparation & Negotiation

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements with clients.
  • Handle client objections and close sales effectively.

Sales Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.

Post-Sales Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer support.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • UAE market experience is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
