Job Description & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to support efficient delivery.
- Establish stakeholder communication plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans and corrective actions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal departments, vendors, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor progress using project management tools and track performance against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Manage project budgets, expenditure, and scope changes to control costs and prevent overruns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide stakeholders and senior management with progress reports, risks, and recommended actions.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of project management experience focused on IT projects, particularly AI, advanced technology, or software development.
- At least 1-2 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within the overall experience requirement.
- Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor performance.
Work Location
- Riyadh, KSA (Onsite).
