We seek an experienced ***IT Project Manager/Coordinator*** to collaborate with the service delivery teams on IT project lifecycles, project updates, and best-in-class project performance.
This role requires sound IT experience and skills in leading IT projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop project roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and business units.
- Implement best practices for IT governance, compliance, and security.
- Manage cloud-based and on-premises IT infrastructure projects.
- Oversee system integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, SLAs, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure a smooth implementation and adoption.
- Provide detailed status reports on milestone achievements to the project delivery team and clients.
- Stay current with emerging IT trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support project pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and scoping workshops
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), networking, and security.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.
- Strong understanding of business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic is a plus!
