IT Project Coordinator

About This Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to manage and support ongoing IT and low-current projects including CCTV, access control, networking, and automation systems. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, technicians, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple IT projects from start to completion
• Schedule site visits, installations, and maintenance work
• Communicate with clients for updates, approvals, and requirements
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and timelines
• Follow up with technicians and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage materials, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in IT/ELV project coordination (UAE preferred)
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and Security Systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
