Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced **Technical Project Manager** to lead end-to-end implementation of digital banking solutions.
  • The role involves managing delivery across systems such as **Loan Origination Systems (LOS)** and **Core Banking platforms (e.g., Temenos T24)**, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing integration through **ESB/API gateways**.
  • Additionally, the role requires exposure to modern technologies, including the deployment and integration of **AI/ML models** within enterprise environments to enhance business capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional expertise in banking systems, along with proven experience in managing complex implementation projects.
  • **Requirements** **Essential**
  • **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • **Project Management Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years spent** leading large-scale software implementation or system integration projects within the banking or financial services industry.
  • **Banking Technology Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of banking IT landscapes, including core banking systems (e.g., Temenos T24), loan origination systems (LOS), and enterprise service buses (ESB) or API gateways.
  • **Implementation Experience**: Demonstrable experience in successfully managing the technical delivery of at least one major enterprise-grade workflow automation, BPM, or low-code platform implementation from start to finish.
  • **AI/ML Technical Experience:** Experience managing IT projects involving the deployment and integration of AI/ML models, with an understanding of data engineering and MLOps principles.
  • **Solution Architecture & Integration Oversight:** Proven ability to oversee complex system integrations, validate technical architectures, and manage API-driven connectivity across diverse platforms.
  • **Data Migration & Cutover:** Hands-on experience planning and executing complex data migrations, technical cutovers, and disaster recovery testing for mission-critical banking applications.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in **Technical Project Management** and end-to-end **Implementation**
  • Hands-on experience with **Loan Origination Systems (LOS)**
  • Good understanding of **Core Banking Systems** (e.g., Temenos T24)
  • Experience working with **Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)** or **API Gateways**
  • Exposure to **deployment and integration of AI/ML models** in enterprise applications
