Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adapt as necessary to meet changing priorities.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee resource allocation and manage project budgets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including ITIL frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience managing IT projects in a relevant environment
- Strong knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with risk management and resource planning
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are preferred
Preferred
- Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices
